Every Bayou Built piece is handcrafted in our small southeast Texas shop. From the first cut to the final packaging, I take pride in making sure your piece receives the care it deserves.

Current production times can be found at the top of the website and is based on current order volume. Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged for shipping.

What to Expect After Ordering

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Your piece will then be scheduled for production.  When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Use that tracking number to follow your package’s progress.  You are welcome to reach out at anytime and I will let you know where I am on the production of your piece.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free in the Continental U.S.  There are additional charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  Generally I will split the extra costs with you so reach out before placing an order.

We ship to the United States and Military Post Offices abroad.

 

Production and Delivery Times

Each piece is made to order and follows the production timeframe listed at the very top of this page.  Transit time is separate from production time.  I ship via UPS Ground so the speed in which it reaches you depends on how far you are from Texas.

Upon Receipt of Your Package

Please inspect your wooden display to ensure it arrived safely.  Although rare, if there are any issues at all, please reach out immediately.  If all is well and you love your display, it would mean the world to us if you left us a review!  You can find the link to leave a Google Review at the top of the page.
