Every piece is handmade to order, just for you. As such, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. If you have questions or concerns about your flag, please reach out - you'll be the first!

I stay so consistently busy that I don't have the ability to keep inventory in stock. At the top of the page you will see the current lead time. It is very rare it would take longer than the listed timeframe, but if there are delays you will be notified.​ ​

Shipments are sent via UPS Ground. No PO Boxes are accepted as they cannot be delivered to. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states so if you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please understand an additional shipping charge will be required. It is about $80 to ship there from Texas and I will split the cost with you.​ We also do ship to APO and military addresses; send a message to discuss.

To add an engraving to your order, click here. You can choose to have the union (star field) engraved with almost any military branch or logo. Additionally, you can choose to have a name/rank engraved. For coin holders, names will always be engraved at the bottom right of the flag. This is for visibility purposes and keeps it proportional to the stars engraved at the top left of the flag.

I generally do not offer other sizes of flags (than what is listed) at this time due to production requirements and increased shipping costs. Feel free to reach out with any inquiries though and we will discuss.

These flags include a beautiful finish that is designed for indoor use only.

I use 20 gauge, 4-strand heavy duty wire that is attached to the top on the back of the flag.
